Do you take insurance?I am an out-of-network provider. However, a superbill can be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement. Also, payment via FSA and/or HSA is accepted for both physical therapy and massage therapy. Massage therapy requires a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your physician for approval. Reimbursement rates vary dependent on insurance type and plan. Please check with your insurance to confirm coverage and reimbursement for out of network providers. Do you offer a free consultation?Yes! I'm happy to have a 15-minute phone or Zoom call to discuss your primary concern and goals to see if we would be a good fit. Schedule your appointment HERE.

Do I need exercise equipment for in-home physical therapy?Not really! I will bring equipment for us to use during treatments but may advise you to get affordable select items which may be helpful long-term. If you have equipment or a home-gym, bonus!

Are tips expected for massage therapy?Not at all! The prices listed are all-inclusive. While not required, tips are always appreciated if you feel inclined.

Where do you travel?Service area: in the perimeter EAST of 400 and NORTH of 20 as well as Tucker. For all other areas there may be an extra fee for travel dependent on distance and time of appointment. Please contact to discuss in detail as this answer varies on a case-by-case basis.

What is your cancelation policy?A scheduled appointment MUST BE CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE or a $150 fee will be charged for that appointment. If you are more than 15-minutes late for your appointment and fail to notify us, treatment may be cancelled and a fee charged for missing the appointment. Tardiness may cut into treatment time (example: if you are 10-minutes late for a 60-minute massages, you may only get 50-minutes of massage). Furthermore, 2 consecutive no-shows will result in the cancellation of all remaining scheduled appointments.

What forms of payment do you accept?Cash, card, or FSA/HSA cards (see question above re: insurance) at TIME OF SERVICE. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
